Solo tienes que poner ( NOT ) despues de la accion/ o del predicado del sujeto, en este caso el sujeto es reemplazado por un pronombre ( you = tu )

Eje:    You "are NOT"  my brother.

          Tu   "no  eres"  mi hermano

You are not = "Tu no eres"

You are = "Tu eres"
