Cuando el Sujeto es Tercera persona: He - She o It se debe colocar al comienzo de la interrogativa el auxiliar DOES + Sujeto + Verbo ( sin la S ) + Complemento ?

Cuando el Sujeto es 1era o 2da Persona ( I you we They ) se debe colocar DO + Sujeto + Verbo ( en su forma base ) + Complemento?
