More than 70 days have passed since the state of emergency was declared. Almost two and a half months since 47 million Spanish citizens confined themselves at home to stop the curve of infection by the new coronavirus. An unprecedented social situation that has been necessary to save lives and avoid an even greater catastrophe.
At last we see some light at the end of the tunnel in this long nightmare and hope to break the virus with the help of our heavenly father god as it seems to break through, or at least control it which is already a lot. A real motivational encouragement after the weariness of more than a month and a half of home confinement.
In this long reclusion I have been reminded a lot of that 1990's film 'trapped in time ', in which actor bill Murray lived permanently on the traditional groundhog day in the United States. And it is that something similar I have experienced in many of these days where the exhaustion of the routine caused havoc by having reduced the inevitable daily life to the habitat of my home. Time had never imposed its rigid dependence on a single stant before which it was impossible for me to oponer resistance because it was impossible to escape the physical limits of my house, except for indispensable purchases like everyone else. And all this flooded daily by the informative monitoring of the health crisis, perhaps excessive and that has become an obsession.
That is why I received with unusual euphoria the glimpse of freedom that has finally opened up to go for a walk and run. For a few days now I have been burning all the adrenaline accumulated in this prolonged seclusion with the hope placed, like everyone else, in the future overcoming of this nightmare.

Han transcurrido más de 70 días desde que se declaró el estado de emergencia. Hace casi dos meses y medio que 47 millones de ciudadanos españoles se quedaron en casa para detener la curva de infección por el nuevo coronavirus. Una situación social sin precedentes que ha sido necesaria para salvar vidas y evitar una catástrofe aún mayor.
Por fin vemos algo de luz al final del túnel en esta larga pesadilla y esperamos romper el virus con la ayuda de nuestro padre dios celestial ya que parece romper, o al menos controlarlo que ya es mucho. Un verdadero aliento motivacional después del cansancio de más de un mes y medio de confinamiento en casa.
En esta larga reclusión me han recordado mucho de la película de 1990 "trapped In time", en la que el actor bill Murray vivió permanentemente en el tradicional día de la marmota en los Estados Unidos. Y es que algo semejante he experimentado en muchos de estos días donde el agotamiento de la rutina causo estragos por haber reducido la inevitable vida cotidiana al hábitat de mi hogar. El tiempo nunca había impuesto su rígida dependencia de un solo estado ante el cual era imposible para mí oponerme a la resistencia porque era imposible escapar de los límites físicos de mi casa, excepto por las compras indispensables como todos los demás. Y todo esto inundado diariamente por el seguimiento informativo de la crisis sanitaria, tal vez excesivo y que se ha convertido en una obsesión.
Por eso recibí con inusitada euforia el vislumbre de la libertad que por fin se ha abierto para pasear y correr. Desde hace unos días estoy quemando toda la adrenalina acumulada en este prolongado encierro con la esperanza puesta, como todos, en la superación futura de esta pesadilla.
