Once, a Dog and a Rooster got together to travel the world. One night, the Rooster climbed a tree and his friend the Dog lay down at the foot of it.
At dawn, the Rooster sang as usual before dawn, but a Fox who was nearby, heard his song and ran to the place where the song came from.
Seeing the Rooster, the cunning Fox begged him to come down, because she wanted to kiss the Rooster for having such a "delightful voice." The Rooster, in courtesy, told him to first wake up the "doorman" who was sleeping at the foot of the tree.
The Fox did so and tried to wake up the "Porter" who did not know what the Dog was himself. When she woke him up, the Dog immediately threw himself on her, biting her many times and hurting her until she fainted.
