Jason: No, I didn't. I wasn't feeling very well, so I stayed at home.
Carl: What did you do instead?
Jason: I Llistened to some music with my brother.
Carl: Did you brother listen to that new song by the Vaccines that I sent him?
Jason: Yes, He did. He said it sounded like his favourite band, The Strokes.
Carl: Oh, by the way, before I forget. Did you receive my email? I sent you the science homework.
Jason: Yes, I did. I completed it at the weekend.
Carl: What did you think of it?
Jason: It wasn't too bad. It only took my an hour.
(UNA COSA EN LA ÚLTIMA NO ESTOY MUY SEGURA , pero creo que sí está bien :)
Explicación: cuando usamos did por ejemplo te daré un ejempo.
Yo no cociné ese estofado = I didn't COOK that stew.
Si preguntas porque el cook no esta en pasado en esa oración es porque ya usamos primero did.
Pero si decimos
Yo cociné ese estofado sería.
I cooked that stew.
Allí si el verbo en pasado porque no estaba el did primero :)
