Next I will write a poster with five tips to improve mental health:
- At least once a week go out with your friends, share with your family
- When you feel bad about some topic, some situation share it with someone you trust, do not keep everything, to heal you have to talk
- If you need help ask for it, either from a friend or go to a psychologist
- Understand that you cannot control everything, but what you can do is control your reactions and your emotions.
- Everything happens for a reason, later you will see why
