My mother's birthday was on December 20. She had a great party. Many people came: my grandparents, my aunts and uncles, my cousins and some friends. It was a great meeting. The food was excellent: chicken, turkey, salads, and a lot of desserts. There was an orchestra too. It played some oldies, and also some tangos because my mother was turning 45. She loves tango so we thought she would like to dance and sing. When she was young she used to sing in a choir. She comes from Buenos Aires and tango is the typical music from Argentina. She was given many presents for her birthday: some jewels, pieces of furniture, clothes and best of all, a new red car. It was our gift for her. We really enjoyed the party a lot. It was a terrific party!
