Following Directions- Anzac Biscuit Recipe
Ingredients
Va cup butter
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup plain flour
l cup brown sugar
% cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp golden syrup
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda.

Directions
Enough to make 35 biscuits
Preheat oven to 150°C
Melt butter in a saucepan
Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, coconut and melted butter in a bowl
Add golden syrup and bicarbonate of soda
Grease a cold oven tray
Drop biscuit mixture onto the tray. Don't put the biscuits too close together.
Bake biscuits for 20-25 minutes at 150°C
Cool biscuits on the tray.
