Según tengo entendido, hay que conjugar el verbo con el auxiliar "had"

1. My father had built a new apartment

2. Jhon had parked his car in funt of my house

3. Sam had spent a lot of money in the market

4. The secretary had sent the letters.

5. The girls had painted a beatiful landscape.

6. I had won the championship.
