                             Classic homemade pizza

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups warm water
• 1 package  yeast
• 3/4 cupsbread flour
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Tomato sauce  
• Firm mozzarella cheese
• Mushrooms, Onions

Equipment

Preheat the oven to about 400 °

a bowl, a knife an edge-less cookie or baking sheet

A pizza wheel for cutting the pizza,

METHOD

1. Place almost all of the flour on the table in the shape of a volcano.
2. KNEAD THE FLOUR   for 10 to 15 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic
3. Mix the ingredients  and Transfer the dough onto an oiled pizza pan or baking sheet. Add tomato sauce and cheese.
4. Let the pizza bake until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted
