Nowadays due the situation in the world about staying at home, is important to do exercise to keep the body on a dynamic mood. As well as keep a good alimentation, because then there is no use having a good body if you constantly have a bad diet that destroys your health. Doing yoga or cardio around the house is a good way to keep the body fit without the need to go to a gym and exposing ourselves to the pandemic. Or in cases that you do not how to do about any ways to improve your body health, in Youtube and many websites are examples and coaching classes that may help. Eating foods rich in protein and drink water constantly, as well as having a balanced diet is synonymous of a helthy life as well. Eggs, meat, milk, bread, and many others products that we have at house contains great variety of proteins that contributes to a healthy body, so is not necessary getting out of house to buy, and as consequence; expose ourselves. Having a great and healthy body is not necessary to be as a goal be show it at the beach when the Covid-19 has already passed. Its good for avoid illnesses and when you get old, be stronger among old people of yoour age.
