Today is colder[more cold/colder] (cold) than then.

Explicación:

Cuando el adjetivo es corto se le agrega una "er" y en caso contrario, si el adjetivo es largo, se le agregara un "more" ya que quedaría insignificante si se le agrega una "er". Por ejemplo, "My grandpa is older than my dad", "Karla is shorter than Charlotte", "Alexy is more beautiful than Li", "My bag is more expensive than my shirt".

Tambien se encuentran los adjetivos irregulares que no son como los demas adjetivos ya que cuando se usan esos adjetivos para comparar se cambia la palabra pero tendra el mismo significado. En eso se encuentran:

  • Good/Well = Better
  • Bad = Worse  
  • Far = Further/Farther
