hi paul! sorry i (1).......... emailed recently - i've been (2)............for my exams. i've (3)........ them now and i've got some time (4)......... and some money to spend on (5).......... out. last weekend, i (6)........... to see a great film called yes man. if you haven't (7)......... it, you must go! jim carrey (8).......... the main character and it's very funny and entertaining - and also quite inspiring. it's based on a book by danny wallace which is also called yes man. i (9)......... the book a few months ago and that's hilarious, too - i really laughed out loud!
this book is a true story about what (10)........ to the author, danny. basically, he found that he was (11)........... nothing all the time, just worrying about things and complaining about his life. he (12)............ seeinig his friends much, so he was lonely and bored. then one day, he (13)........... on a bus in london when he sat down next to a man. the man was a total stranger, but they (14)............. talking. danny told him about his boring life and the man responded to him with just three words (15).............. everyting he did. at the moment, he made a decision:'i (16)..........."yes" to everything!' and he wrote a book about what happened to him in the next year or so.
the film is based on the book although (17).......... some differences, it really appealed to me because (18)........... a serious message, too. when i saw the film, i said to myself: 'i won't (19).............. negative anymore! 'i believe in making the most of life and i've decided i (20).......... more positive and i (21)............ to stay at home so much. i want (22).......... my friends more and that's why i (23)......... you! it would be great if we could meet up soon. let me know when you (24)......... free.
