Manizales is the department of Caldas (I actually live in Colombia) and I recommend you visit Bogota with her Transmilenios and a camera for all the museums, squares restaurants and historical sites

San Andres is a good option too because is a small island but you have a lot of things to do in the hotels or in the beach, or if you want, you can explore the isle in a golf car
