$3+tan\left(52^{\circ }-y\right)\cdot \:tan\left(38^{\circ }\:+\:y\right)$  

Como 52-y +38+y =90 entonces

$tan\left(52^{\circ }-y\right)\cdot \:tan\left(38^{\circ }\:+\:y\right)=1$

Luego:
