quiero saver si a las daily routines al complemento se le agrega ing o solo se coloca el complemento sin colocar ing ayuda hoy es mi examen alguien que me explique o me de ejemplos porfa

cuando hablas de tu daily routine tú usualmente no usas ING

por ejemplo

I wake up at 7:00 M then get up at 7:10 after that I take a shower then I get dress and then I brush my teeth and then I have brake fast.......

etc
