==> simple past ==> be --> was

All of the money was spent on computer equipement ( by them )

3. they expect us to arrive on time .

==> presen ==< be --> are

We are expected ( by them ) to arrive on time

4. they have shown you the training video.

==> present perfect ==> be --> has been

The training video has been shown to you by them.
