Today I want  go  to walk in the park because, I need to change and to learn and do  exercise , in the next month will want to shop new pants, and  I will wish weigh less.Because   can I to live better. Yesterday I drank more water and ate apple salad, too ran in the park and  I knew people new, understood that is very important to make a diet an exercise I was forgotten this.

Camping as a family vacation had become extremely popular in America. It was a cheap way to travel and it could be enjoyed by people of all ages. The sale of camping equipment had become a big business.

In the camping grounds there was clear spaces near picnic areas. Tables and benches, a fireplace, firewood and water are available. Some campers pitched-up their tents and settle down for the whole of their vacationes; others prefered to move camp after a night or two to cover more territory. National Parks allowed campers to stay for only 15 days. One thing wich could spoil your stay in these parks is poison ivy, a wild plant wich could cause you painful rash.
