(8m + 12)(8m + 6)           Sacas factor comun  4 y 2

------------------------------ = 0    Simplificas el 8 con el 4 y e l 2
             8

(2m + 3)( 4m + 3) = 0  Tiene 2 soluciones reales
2m + 3 = 0
2m = - 3
m = -3/2
  o
4m + 3 = 0
4m = -3
m = - 3/4
Solucion (- 3/2 , - 3/4)
