One day I went to the bank because I should have my card key, but I forgot it. The assistant told me: to retrieve your key you must have your identity card or otherwise you might have your birth certificate. I had to return to my house to look for my identity card and thus I was able to recover the key of my card.

Un día fui al banco porque yo debería tener la clave de mi tarjeta, pero se me olvidó. El asistente me dijo: para recuperar su clave debe tener su cedula de identidad o en otro caso podría tener su certificado de nacimiento. Me tuve que devolver a mi casa a buscar mi cedula de identidad y así pude recuperar la clave de mi tarjeta.
