Boil the carrots, potatoes, and eggs together by adding a teaspoon of salt to the water. If you use beets, boil them separately.

Let the carrot, potatoes, egg and beets cool to room temperature.

Peel the eggs.

Cut carrots, eggs, potatoes, beets, and apples into small cubes of the same size.

Mix carrot, potato, egg, beets (or apples) and onion in large bowl.

Add green beans, corn, and mayonnaise and mix well.

Season with salt to taste.

Chill in the fridge before serving.
