ESTO ES PRESENTE CONTINUO FORMA INTERROGATIVO Y FORMA NEGATIVO.
Para preguntar ha que usar el auxiliar antes del sujeto de la oración en el caso del presente continuo ese auxiliar es verbo to be (estar). Y la formula para esta forma es:

To be+subject+verb-ing+ complement. Ejmplo:

Are they playing baskesball?.

Am I drinking coffee with mi sister?.

Ahora vamos a ver como se niega en presente continuo y su formula es:

Subject+to be+ not+verb-ing + complement . ejemplo:

She is not listening música.

He is not cooking today.
