They are the rights established by law that all the people of the world have, by the simple fact of being human.

These should not be violated with extra limited actions by the police forces or any authority, since there are many institutions that defend these rights and act judicially, applying sanctions and even depriving those who are extra limited.

For example, the right of the human being to be beaten or mistreated by a police officer, before an alleged crime not yet proven.
