That it's true. The human rights are fundamentals for the good life in the world.

The human rights tree may have stronger roots whit an economy that allows higher incomes in developing countries.

On the other hand, universal education serves as a social equalization mechanism for the general population, especially younger ones.

Maybe regulations aren't positives. It's depend of the way in which are implemented.
