In any large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder. 2. Separate the yolk from the white one, and put them in different containers. 3. Mix the yolk, sugar and milk, and add a little of melted butter 4. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, and beat it well until the lumps disappear as much as possible. If the mixture is too doughy, you can add a little milk, but take care not to make a very liquid mixture, but keep it thick. 5. Beat the white until it is frothy and white (about to turron). 6. Now, add the clear batter to the mix you prepared earlier. But attention, do not mix or coveralls abruptly.
