Shopping malls are big buildings with shops, restaurants, movie theaters, and many more things. People in Britain and Australia call them shopping centres not shopping malls. Shopping malls are very popular in all countries in the world now, especially with young people.

The Dubai Mall is an amazing shopping mall. It has 1,200 stores and 800,000 visitors every week. That is more visitors than in New York City. It has an expensive 250-room hotel, a movie theater with 22 screens, 120 restaurants and cafés, and a lot of big brand clothing stores. There is also an aquarium, an ice rink, and a video game theme park.
