Cuando es para describir una acción que hace otra persona (HE/ SHE / IT), se e agrega s:

Para que puedas reconocer el presente contínuo, es cuando realizas algo del momento (presente), siempre se le agrega el verbo to be antes de la acción, y a esta le agregas ing, y puede ir acompañado de: Right now, now, in this moment, at the moment, etc.
Ejemplo:
I am playing video games in this moment.
She is cooking right now.
