You have to decide what activities are going to have more or less money (I don't want quantities… just talk in a relative way / proportionally). Here, you have to keep in your mind what is more important to you, but as well the amount of services provided by each area and the cost of each activity (Is the same cost for organizing an anti-smoking conference as fixing a bridge?). So, How are you going to share the municipality money?

First, as the mayor, the city would support me in planning management of the city mayor through an operational plan. The operational plan would be designed to meet all the fundamental and priority needs of the city, that same operational plan must be reflected from the technical point of view, the weighting and the economic cost of each collective need. Based on that plan, I would add the political cost and based on the technical and political point of view, the city budget would be formulated so that it has the majority of the city's inhabitants, the best of benefits!
