CREATE ECO-ART

An interesting and funny way to be environmentally friendly is by recycling. There are

many artists who create Eco-Art Master pieces. Some examples as follows:



Wim Delvoye, Spiral Tires (Materials: recycled tires)



Khalil Chishtee, Plastic bag sculptures (Materials: recycled plastic bags)



Derek Gores, Full Volume Klimt 7(Materials: recycled magazines)



You can also create art by using recycled materials. We suggest you to do the following

activity.

 Think about the recycled materials that you have at home. IMPORTANT: YOU

HAVE TO FIND THESE MATERIALS INSIDE YOUR HOME. DON´T GO OUT!

For example:

-plastic bags, old magazines, old newspapers, plastic bottles, old clothes, old plastic

can, carton, etc.

Write here the material that you are going to use for your ECO-ART MASTERPIECE

 Think about the kind of art you are going to do.

For example:

A picture for your house, a sculpture, a bag, organizers with cans, any other object to

decorate your room…etc. THE OPTIONS ARE ENDLESS!

 Add some pictures about the procedure and the final result.

To start we'll need some pieces of cartboard that u don't use, glu, some paintings and markers.

Now we're going to make a custom framework, with the design that we want more

We are going to take the size of what we want inside the framework, then we take from the size 1cm, and in the cardboard we make this size and another size bigger in each direction 2cm.

We paint and design that how we want it and after all we cut that and paste it over the picture with glu.
