he will have no future, because our society works by achievements, especially those that are from a school. even with a economic support, progress would be really hard, this is XXI century.

We will probably get sickL; the people aren´t trained to follow the rules by the government, we´ll have to implement some agreement for everyone depending some cultural and social characteristics
