¿En lugar de presente presente no te refieres a presente perfecto?

Si es así, el presente perfecto es una estructura del inglés que narra hechos que ya ocurrieron en un tiempo en específico, se compone de:

Sujeto + auxiliar (have/has) + verbo en participio + complemento

Es decir siempre que veas en el texto have/has y en seguida un verbo en pasado participio, esa oración está en presente perfecto. Have/has también puede venir contraído, por ejemplo "I have" se puede contraer como "I've"

El auxiliar también puede ser negativo, como haven't/hasn't o have not/has not.

En este caso, las oraciones que están en presente perfecto son:

I have had a very busy day

I’ve tidied my bedroom

I’ve finished my homework

I’ve helped my mum

I’ve talked to my friend on the telephone, too

I haven’t visited my grandparents

I haven’t watched television
