Si es un adjetivo de una sílaba, añadimos «-er» al final. Big — bigger: the polar bear is bigger than the brown bear. Si es un adjetivo de dos sílabas acabado en «-y», cambiamos la última letra por «-i» y añadimos «-er» al final. Friendly — friendlier: my son is friendlier than my daughter.
