- Lean ground beef, 1 kg (I recommend choosing a piece of square or buttock ball back and ask the butcher to the sink at the time. Can also be a combination of beef and pork or lamb.)
- Two or three cloves of garlic.
- A small bunch of parsley.
- Two egg yolks.
- Salt, pepper and red pepper.
Optional ingredients:
- Half small onion, chopped or grated.
- Medium red pepper, chopped very finite.

- In a large bowl, combine beef, garlic and finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper and red pepper (abundant, but will dull.)
- Add, if desired, onion and pepper.
- Mix with your hands well, the ingredients should be well integrated.
- Add the two egg yolks (this is the secret of a good burger compact: use only the yolks) and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into pieces to size. The thicker the patty, and the longer it takes to cook juicier results.
- Cook over hot grilled or baked until hell out juice when pierced colored.
- If you want frizar, wrap individually in plastic wrap.
- You can cook in the oven without thawing.
