Firstly and it's the most important : for lose weight you must expend more calories than you consume. Since one pound equals 3,500 calories, you will need to reduce your calorie intake by 500-1000 calories per day to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week.
Other tip to lose weight is leaving out of your diet foods with flours, fats, a lot of sugar or salt, and alcohol! As you do so, you will notice that your abdomen begins to flatten out. Believe it or not, sleeping at least 8 hours a day is important to lose weight quickly.
And lastly is to do exercise, maybe there are more tips but these are the most important
