Si lo que quieres es transformarlas a pasado sería así

Respuesta:

Mr. Paul Harris was an American teacher. He lived in London, he didn't live in the United States. He was married, his wife wasn't American, she was English. They lived in London because his wife didn't like the United States; but their children were in the United States now, they studied there.
