A GOOD DIET HAS MANY KINDS OF FOOD STAYING HEALTHY
Follow the "Good diet" advice. You'll get the nutrients and energy you need... without too many calories, or
too much fot. Cholesterol, or sugars. The secret to good health is to eat a varied and balanced diet, taking
into account the following groups:
1. The grain group: bread, pasta etc.
2. The fruit group: grapes, oranges, etc.
3. The vegetables group: beans, lettuce, etc.
4. The protein group: meat, chicken, etc.
5. The diary group: cheese, milk, etc.
6. The fat and oil group: butter, oil, etc.
