CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients to make chocolate cake

   1 plain yogurt (this will be the "measure to use from now on", 1 container of yogurt = 1 measure)

   2 measures of flour

   2 measures of sugar

   2 measures of chocolate powder

   1 measure of sunflower oil

   3 medium eggs

   1 sachet of baking powder

   Butter and flour to spread the mold

PREPARATION:

1.- We begin by mixing the eggs and sugar with a rod.

2.- We continue with the yogurt and the sunflower oil. Do not put olive oil because it is very strong in flavor, at most mix half olive and half sunflower.

3.- Once mixed, add the flour, cocoa powder and yeast envelope. We mix very well.

4.- We butter the mold and put flour, with this we will avoid sticking. We put the dough of the chocolate cake in the mold and put it in the oven preheated to 180º for 30 minutes. I always say that after 25 minutes it is better to see if the cake is made. We will do this by clicking in the center with a toothpick, if it comes out dry the brownie is ready.
