On our way home yesterday afternoon, there was a temble
hunderstorm. Mom and I were in the car and we were driving
hrough town. It suddenly became very dark.
The lightning was incredible. There were some giant flashes
ind terrifying thunder.
By the time the lightning stopped, it was raining very hard.
It was so bad I thought the windshield was going to break. We
couldn't see a thing, so Mom stopped the car. Cars were stopped
and the road was flooding fast. We entered an underground
parking lot and left the car. We were still waiting inside the
shopping mall when the storm began to calm down.​
