En total, hay 4 condicionales. Vamos uno por uno:

Zero conditional:

Estructura:  

If + present simple, present simple  

Usos:

Para hablar de:

• Datos cientificos, verdades generales  

Ejemplos:

• If you exercise regularly, your body gets stronger

First conditional:

Estructura:  

If + present simple, will/won’t + bare infinitive (infinitivo, sin “to”)

Usos:  

Situaciones posibles o reales , en el presente, futuro o en general.

Ejemplos:

 • If you revise tonight, it will help you in your test tomorrow.

Second conditional:

Estructura:  

If + past simple, would/wouldn’t + bare infinitive

Usos:  

Situaciones poco probables, hipotéticas, en el presente, futuro o en general.

Ejemplos:  

• If you lived in Spain, you would speak Spanish fluently

Third conditional:

Estructura:  

If + past perfect, would have + bare infinitive

Usos:  

Situaciones hipotéticas en el pasado.  

Ejemplos:  

• If you had studied for the test, you would have got a better score.
