The film tells the story of seven marginalized children from Derry Township, Maine (USA), who call themselves "The Losers Club." Everyone has been marginalized for one reason or another; they all carry some of the favorite "qualities" of city bullies ... and they've all seen their nightmares come true in the form of a former shape-shifting predator and they just manage to call it "it." Since it exists, Derry has been that entity's hunting ground, which rises from the sewers every 27 years to feed the fears of its favorite prey: children. United due to a terrible and exciting summer, Los Perdados form a pineapple to help overcome their fears and stop a new cycle of murders started on a rainy day with the death of a small boy who follows a barcode on his journey over the waters from rain to the sewer ... and the clutches of Pennywise the clown.
