Recipe for pizza mozarella
1 kg of Flour
650 cubic centimeters of warm water
40 grams of fresh Yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 cans of Natural Tomatoes
300 grams of Mozzarella
preparation
Crush the yeast and dissolve it in the warm water.
- Place the flour in the form of a crown on a wooden table and pour in the center, little by little, the water with the diluted yeast. Combine the dough, add the olive oil and the salt and knead until obtaining a well elastic bun.
- Place in a bowl and cover with a scraper letting it leaven for 30 minutes, until doubled its volume.
- Beat that time, cut four pieces, stretch in pizzeras and leave leudar another 30minutes. Just then cook at high temperature and couple for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile prepare 2 cans of chopped tomato that seasoned with olive oil, salt and oregano and spread over the pizzas. Place over half a cup of chopped mozzarella and give it a bake until golden and crispy.

1 kilos de Harina
650 centímetros cúbicos de Agua tibia
40 gramos de Levadura fresca
1 cucharaditas de Azúcar
2 cucharaditas de Sal
4 cucharadas de Aceite de Oliva
2 latas de Tomates al natural
300 gramos de Mozzarella
preparación
Desmenuzar la levadura y la disolviar en el agua tibia.
-Colocar la harina en forma de corona sobre una mesa de madera y echar en el centro, de a poco, el agua con la levadura diluida. Unir la masa, agregó el aceite de oliva y la sal y amasar hasta obtener un bollo bien elástico.
-Colocar en un bowl y tapar con un repasador dejándolo leudar durante 30 minutos, hasta que duplicó su volumen.
-Pasado ese tiempo, cortar cuatro trozos, estirar en pizzeras aceitadas y dejar leudar 30 minutos más. Recién entonces cocinar a temperatura alta y pareja durante 20 minutos.
-Entretanto preparar 2 latas de tomate picado que sazonó con aceite de oliva, sal y orégano y extender sobre las pizzas. Colocar por encima de cada una media taza de mozzarella picada y darle un golpe de horno hasta que quede dorada y crocante.
