Human rights were enshrined in the laws - positiveism - in the wake of the bourgeois revolutions of the 17th and 18th centuries: the English Revolution, the American Revolution and the French Revolution; the latter promoted the adoption, in the National Assembly of 26 August 1789, of the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen. On 10 December 1948, the UN adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which contains in its 30 articles human rights considered basic.
Human rights are those "instrumental conditions that allow the person to fulfil it".1 Consequently subsumes those freedoms, faculties, institutions or claims relating to primary or basic goods2 that include every person, simply by his human condition, for the guarantee of a dignified life, "without distinction of race, colour, sex, language, religion, political opinion or any other kind , national or social origin, economic position, birth or any other condition.'3
