The principal factor that people started to do for avoid the Covid-19 in their lifes, was have a cleaning extreme before to eat any food, because nobody know the origin and the process that it passed, for instance, a fruit  could touched for a infected person and share the ill whit a healthy person. Other factor was drink at least 2 liters of water per day and eat five fruits and vegetables always because a good alimentation mean a good health and don´t be a person weak for the virus. So, a person must have a good diet during the quarantine and avoid eat fast food like to burgues and french fries.
