Every day, I start my mornings with a body stretch, and then proceed to drink a little water. After this, I bathe, dress, and prepare my breakfast full of all the vitamins necessary for my good development along with a delicious fruit smoothie. After this I start warming up before my daily morning exercise routine. I exercise, legs, arms, shoulders, back, knees, neck and hip, having breaks of five and ten minutes every half hour. After almost three hours of exercises, I refresh and relax for a while while watching the healthy cooking program that I usually see every day on television. Finally in the afternoon I prepare my lunch, equally healthy, I eat it, and then I do my homework the rest of the day and finally before going to sleep, I jog for a while.
