Cuando es una sola persona Ana, Lucas, Rosa, etc o los pronombres He , She, It,  se usa HAS GOT para la oracion afirmativa, HASN'T GOT para la oracion negativa , y la interrogativa DOES (persona) Have...?

Cuando hablo de muchas personas y de uno mismo, se usa HAVE GOT para oraciones afirmatimas, HAVEN´T GOT  para oraciones negativas y la interrogativa se coloca DO (persona) HAVE

Explicación paso a paso:
