Explicación

Usualmente se utiliza el presente simple para hablar de hechos simples, de verdades absolutas. (los adverbios de frecuencia te ayudan a identificar este tiempo; always, often, usually, sometimes ...)

y el presente continuo se usa para hablar de cosas que ocurren o estan ocurriendo al momento de hablar, tambien puede hacer referencia al futuro. Los adverbios; right now, now, at the moment ... pueden ayudarte a identificar este tiempo.
