El presente perfecto se forma con HAVE (si el pronombre es  I- YOU- WE- THEY) o con HAS (si el pronombre es SHE- HE- IT) luego BEEN mas el verbo con ING.  

There you are! We have been looking for you all morning!

I feel really tired. I have been studying hard lately.

Anna has got a really good suntan. She has been going to the beach a lot.

Tom needs cheering up. He has been having a lot of problems lately.  

I haven`t seen you for ages. What have been you doing?

I have been working here for the past three years, and I really like it.

Sam and chris have been painting their room, and their clothes are covered in paint!
