Yo Daniel chiriboga a causa de la situación que está pasando en el país y en el mundo entero por el coronavirus, el gobierno decretó el estado de emergencia y por lo cual estoy pasando la cuarentena en mi casa con mi familia hasta cuando termine todo esto y poder tomar nuestras vidas normalmente con la ayuda de Dios este tiempo ha sido importante para mí porque estoy junto a mis seres queridos y especial con mi hijo nos levantamos en la mañana y hacemos calentamiento ya que somos muy deportistas mi hijo y yo entreno conejo artes marciales ya que mi hijo practica este deporte desayunamos y arreglamos la casa ordenamos todo limpiamos los polvos y en especial nos lavamos las manos regularmente y nos ponemos el gel antibacterial como manda el Ministerio de salud y por cuidarnos cada uno de nosotros almuerzo con mi familia. Y después nos dormimos como osos en la noche, igual merendamos conversamos a veces jugamos entreno con mi familia Luego proceda Al igual a lavarme las manos para estar bien de salud hasta cuando Dios permita se solucione todo esto y tomar nuestras vidas normales.
