II Past continuous

1) When I came into the living room , the cats were sitting on the table.

2).I could tell by his eyes that he was lying to me

3) We were playing Monopoly when our neighbours rang at the door.

4) Helen was listening to the radio when she heard a strange noise in the garden.

5) I was preparing dinner when I noticed that the cooker was not working.

III Interrogative

1) What are you doing now?

2) Is Jane practicing the piano in her home?

3) Where are you traveling at the moment?

4) What are they discussing when she is working in her computer?

5) Is she typing a message?.

Explicación:

La segunda parte es Pasado Continuo porque si la oración principal está en pasado la dependiente debe estar también en pasado.
