Respuesta:

Mitosis is the cell division itself, and produces two genetically identical daughter cells. It can occur in the cells of both haploid and diploid eukaryotic individuals. Mitosis itself is made up of 4 stages or phases: Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase and Telophase.

Mitosis is the type of division of the cell nucleus in which the genetic information contained in the chromosomes is preserved intact, which passes in this way without modification to the two resulting daughter cells. Mitosis is also a true process of cell multiplication that participates in the development, growth and regeneration of the organism. This process takes place through a series of successive operations that are carried out in a continuous way, but to facilitate their study, they have been separated into several stages. Scheme that shows in summary what happens during mitosis . 3D animation of the process of cell mitosis. The essential result of mitosis is the continuity of the inherited information from the stem cell in each of the two daughter cells. The genome is made up of a certain number of genes organized into chromosomes, tightly wound strands of DNA that contain vital genetic information for the cell and the body.
